The Role
We are looking for atheistic and reliable individuals to join our front-end team. As a cashier or customer service representative you will act as the Hugo’s brand ambassador and make way for a smooth and pleasant checkout process for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing transactions accurately, and efficiently scan items, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, coupons, gift cards) and provide correct change and receipts.
Customer service including greeting customers, assisting with inquires, resolving some issues and providing a great shopping experience.
Maintaining cleanliness and keeping the checkout clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
assisting with bagging items, face products on the shelves, clean other places in the store as needed.
Qualifications:
Reliable, excellent communication skills, time management skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with POS (point of sales) systems and electronic equipment is valuable.
Long periods of standing, pushing and pulling objects, lifting objects average 20lbs.
