Office – Evening Shift

About: 

Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a family owned and operated fishing resort in Northern Minnesota. We offer cabin rental, charter boat fishing, small boat fishing and ice fishing. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Position: 

Evening Office

Duties:

The Evening Office employee will be responsible for guest arrival and departures, as well as general office duties including answering phones, taking reservations and responding to guests/visitors.

Shift: 

There is some flexibility with shift hours.  Shift could run from 3-8pm or 4-8pm based on applicant availability.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer skills with basic understanding of Google Platforms (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling credit card transactions
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, energetic and the ability to be a problem-solver
• Flexibility to work weekends

Pay/Benefits:
Pay is commensurate with experience. Discount on food and clothing at Rock Harbor Lodge. Full-time employees have option for Simple IRA match. Fishing and lodging discounts.
