Ice Fishing Guides ~ Full & Part-Time

Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a family owned and operated fishing resort in Northern Minnesota. We offer cabin rental, charter boat fishing, small boat fishing and ice fishing. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Position:

Full and Part-Time Ice Guides and Track Van Drivers

Duties:

The ice guides/drivers are responsible for transporting guests to and from fish houses. Duties include but are not limited to drilling holes, checking on guests, providing advice for fishing and techniques, cleaning fish houses after each use, moving fish houses, delivering gas and goods to customers, grooming trails, filling propane tanks.

Shift:

Varying days of the week between the hours of 6am-6pm. Seasonal position.

Requirements:

Knowledge of fishing/Lake of the Woods
Self-motivated and energetic
Customer service oriented
Valid Driver’s License
Flexibility to work weekends
Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods

Pay/Benefits:

Starting wage is $185 per day plus tips. Discount on food and clothing at Rock Harbor Lodge. Full-time employees have option for retirement plan.
