Hennum’s Oak Island Lodge is a fishing resort in the Northwest Angle of Minnesota and 40 miles north of Baudette, Mn on Lake of the Woods. We accommodate up to 70 lodging guests and have a bar/restaurant that many locals like to enjoy. The island has 4 resorts and many seasonal cabins. Our scenery and fishing are incredible.

Seasonal/Full Time
May – October

Duties:  Prepare menu items, staff meals, guest box lunches, and shore lunches, prep food, restock, assist in planning specials, wash dishes, and keep the work area clean.

Shifts/Hours: Varying days of the week and shifts between the hours of 6 am-10 pm.

Requirements:  At least 1-year of experience is required. Must have Serve Safe Training or be willing to complete it. Must be 18 years or older and be a team player.

Transportation to the Island: No passport is required but having one can provide additional ways for you to get to the island. Boat transportation is complimentary to and from Baudette or Young’s Bay.

Housing: We have several housing options. All employees have a bedroom, bathroom, microwave, small fridge, tv, and Wifi. Meals are prepared at the lodge.
