Assistant General Manager Duties: Oversee and manage staff in the food and beverage departments as well as assist FOH and BOH in other departments.
Assist guests, monitor costs, inventories, purchase products, establish and maintain controls, and provide an environment for excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications: Minimum of two years of supervisory, management, and cooking experience required.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, has leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Hours: 40-60 hours a week year-round

Salary: Based on experience. Includes benefits package, vacation pay, and retirement plan.
