Full-time Production Operators (multiple positions)
Regular Full Time Hourly
40 hours per week – 1st and 2nd Shift
1st shift hours each week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
2nd shift hours each week from 3:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Monday – Friday (Shift Differential)
Part-Time/Temporary Production Operators (multiple positions)
Up to 29.75 hours per week
1st shift hours available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
2nd shift hours available from 3:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Monday – Friday (Shift Differential)
Part-time/Temporary Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K with Company Match and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
The Production Operator positions are responsible for operating pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging machines/equipment. Assist in material handling, equipment set-up and breakdowns, documents process according to Master Production Records, and work with trained operators at assigned work centers to learn all aspects of the position, including batch record documentation, equipment set-up, operation and clean up.
The Production Operator positions require a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years experience preferred. Must have the ability to perform repetitive work and meet ANI Pharmaceuticals standards, must be able to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction with accuracy. Must have the ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal procedures. Must have excellent accuracy/attention to detail. Must have good basic communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of GMP requirements is preferred and a plus. Other preferred qualifications include the ability to wear personal protective clothing/equipment and hearing protection where required.
