The City of Baudette is accepting applications for a part-time zoning administrator.
Responsibilities include acting as an inspector for the city with regard to construction and development to ensure ordinances and standards are being met, enforces and administers the provisions of the zoning ordinance, receives applications for zoning issues, handles notifications, public hearings and recommends to the Planning Commission, creates and maintains records and reports, processes permits and variances, and takes and responds to inquiries or complaints related to zoning business.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience working in construction, as a zoning administrator, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
